Delete your Lexum account

If you would like to delete your Lexum account and associated data, you can do so directly inside the app — or request it from this page.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Lexum app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Delete account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account profile is permanently deleted
  • Your personal learning data is deleted (for example: progress, practice history, daily plans, and translation history)
  • Your personal lists and saved items are deleted (for example: words you added to your own lists)
  • Shared dictionary entries and translation cache may be retained because they are not tied to your identity and are used to improve performance for all users
  • Deleting your account does not affect other users’ saved items or cached translations

Some technical logs (such as crash reports or security logs) may be retained for a limited time for security and fraud prevention purposes.
