This website is operated by Lexum. We keep things simple: the landing page does not require an account. We only collect personal data when you submit it (for example, joining the waitlist), and we use analytics to understand how the website is used.

What we collect

• Waitlist form: email address, and your learning language (optional)
• Website analytics: page views and basic technical data (browser, device type, approximate location, IP-derived data)
• Performance: aggregated performance metrics (e.g. page speed)

Cookies & consent

Google Analytics is loaded only after you press “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you press “Reject”, we do not load Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set. You can revisit your choice via the Cookies link in the footer.

Why we collect it

• To notify you about launch / early access if you join the waitlist
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website
• To monitor website performance and stability

Who processes the data

• Google Analytics (analytics, only after consent)
• Vercel (hosting, web analytics and performance insights)
• Lexum (waitlist submissions handled via our forms endpoint)

Retention

Waitlist data is kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards (or until you ask us to delete it). Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the respective providers.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing in certain cases. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
